We are a not-for-profit platform. We created this platform to provide a better life for those of us that live within the Loreto community. Our mission to provide a single comprehensive resource for people to find rentals homes in the greater Loreto area. We do not take a percentage of your rental fee. We only provide a way for people to contact you directly. You are responsible for communicating with the guest, setting up the rental, collecting and reporting any income and taxes. If you are a property manager, please list your contact information and when contacted then you can move them onto your platform.
When you find yourself making more revenues from your rental perhaps you can share a portion helping make a difference within the community. We are not liable for any damage or problems that may occur. Currently, there is no charge to register and list your rental or rentals on the site.
At some point when once we reach a certain number of rentals and need to hire a support person, we will need to charge a nominal annual fee. We are committed to no fee until 2026 at the earliest. Any monies remaining after our expenses will be given to help various animal and children organizations within Loreto.
